It has never been the ‘what we do’ but the ‘why’ that fascinates Simon and this ethos has deeply influenced the direction of the business since its inception, instilling a curiosity and passion within the team which drives outstanding service. As a business, we take pride in our track record and actively cultivate fantastic relationships which is apparent from our testimonials and long-standing partnerships.
Simon was responsible for introducing positive psychology and a strengths-based approach to the firm and his top strength, as identified by the Gallup Clifton strengths finder, is ‘ideation’. As a leader, Simon generates new ideas, thinks creatively, and sees possibilities and innovative ways of doing things.
There is no such thing as spare time for Simon because, alongside business commitments, he fills his time with family and friends, enjoys fine dining, skiing and being out on the water on boats or as crew on racing yachts. Simon is also a volunteer business mentor for The Prince’s Trust.
